Two engineers who graduated in 1997 and have spent most of the time since inside large mobile and banking programmes. Between us we cover the full product — backend, infrastructure and architecture on one side, mobile, on-device AI and release on the other. Whoever you speak to is the person doing the work.

Mobile Architect · Senior iOS Engineer Backend & InfrastructureMobile architect and senior iOS engineer, an engineer since 1997 and an independent consultant since 2008, with two decades designing and delivering scalable applications for banking, media, retail and wellness clients. Most recently client platforms architect on Telus TV+, defining feature specifications across Smart TV, set-top box, Apple, Android and web clients. Earlier work spans CIBC's US mobile banking app, Audible, the Bell.ca portfolio and Walmart Canada.
Roberto also handles our server-side work: he designed and built the MyShoppr API and authentication, and runs the infrastructure our sites and email are hosted on. Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
Zianny Galeano
Senior iOS EngineerSenior iOS engineer with more than decade delivering high-security mobile applications for Tier-1 financial institutions — HSBC's global banking app across twenty countries, TD's investment platform, RBC's NOMI assistant and CIBC, where she led the iOS team. Expert in modular Swift architectures and accessibility-first design.
Most recently Zianny built MyShoppr's front end on Apple platforms and Android, including the on-device receipt scanning pipeline, subscriptions on both stores and full three-language localization — and managed the Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts through to release. Fluent in English, native Spanish.
How we split the work
On a full build, Roberto takes architecture, the backend, the API and the infrastructure it runs on. Zianny takes the mobile applications, accessibility and getting the thing through App Store and/or Google Play review. On a fractional or contract engagement you are working with whichever of us fits the problem — and we will tell you plainly if the answer is neither.
