Where is my data stored?

All your tracked items, logs, and photos live on your device. KountEm does not have servers that hold your data, and no account is required.

How do I back up my data?

Your data is included in your standard iCloud or iTunes device backup. You can also export archived items as CSV from the app.

Does KountEm work on Apple Watch?

Yes. The companion Apple Watch app lets you log usage from your wrist and shows progress at a glance. It pairs automatically with the iPhone app.

Why didn't I get a notification?

Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications → KountEm, and that you have at least one alert threshold configured on the tracked item.

Can I change the language of the app?

Yes. Go to Settings → Language. KountEm supports English, Spanish, and French. A restart may be required for changes to fully apply.

How do I delete a tracked item?

Open the item, tap the menu icon, and choose Delete. To remove an item but keep its history, choose Archive instead.

Is KountEm free?

KountEm is available on the App Store. See the listing for current pricing in your region.

How do I uninstall KountEm?

Long-press the app icon on your Home Screen and choose Remove App → Delete App. This removes all locally stored KountEm data from your device.
